Job Description - Sales Executive - Professional Development Opportunities

Sales Executive

 

Job scope:

  1. Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: preparation of submittals, presentation, quotations, closing orders, and resolving customer query;
  2. Identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information;
  3. Provide technical sales and consultation to clients in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients;
  4. Building relationships and promote the company's products and services with potential customers;
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals;
  6. Participate in formulate the company's sales strategy, market research and demand analysis;
  7. Responsible for the forecast of annual sales, and sales targets
  8. Meet the established sales objectives
  9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned 

 

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above in engineering related field;
  2. More than 3 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers in the Semiconductor, automated machine / laser experience is preferred; 
  3. Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  4. Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion capabilities, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills and problem solving skills;
  5. Rich in innovation and pioneering spirit, lasting enthusiasm for the sales industry,
  6. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English, so as to communicate with colleagues and customers from different countries;
  7. Team player
  8. Willing to travel overseas when required;
