Job Responsibilities:

• Manage both outdoor and indoor sales activities.
• Engage with customers to handle inquiries, provide quotations, and address sales support matters from initiation to completion.
• Execute order processing duties efficiently.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer commitments.
• Support inventory control tasks and maintain stock accuracy.
• Perform customer visits to establish and nurture strong business relationships.
• Organize and plan workloads to meet delivery objectives economically and efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Foster positive teamwork and effective communication to enhance morale and encourage initiative.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support operations.

You are eligible to apply if you possess following criteria:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in a sales environment (of any steel profile, preferable alloy steels and nickel alloys)
• Possess Class 3 driving license and ownership of transportation is a plus
