This is a sales job, you need to love to speak to pet shop owners, understanding their need and wants. If you are peoples person who love to improve yourself, not afraid of the sun and rain, join us!

Responsibilities:

Going to pet stores around Singapore, serving existing clients and building relationship with new ones
Prepare, present sales presentation to customer
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.
Assist in preparation of stock when order load gets heavy

Qualifications:

At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
Must have a local Class 3/3A/3C Driving license
