Key Responsibilities:
- Process online sales orders and oversee logistics for product delivery.
- Maintain updated and accurate information for promotional pricing and inventories.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to suggest strategic improvements.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and perform administrative duties.
- Participate in sales exhibitions.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in online sales.
