Job Scope
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Show the progress of month/quarterly sales performance of all sales accounts.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas for all divisions, Pastries, Processed, TOHO, Dried items. With the guidance of their supervisor.
- Prepare reports on accounts debtors’ status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. With the guidance of their supervisor.
- Debts management. Responsible to all debts and recovery. Providing best option and solution to debts management.
