Sales Executives

About the role

INGENIQUE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking talented and driven Sales Executives to join our team in the vibrant Downtown Tanjong Pagar District. This full-time role will involve working closely with our clients to provide exceptional sales and consultative services, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting and identifying sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation

2. Conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services

3. Negotiating and closing sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

4. Providing post-sales support and building long-term relationships with clients

5. Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and clients' events

6. Collaborating with the wider sales teams to share best practices and contribute to team goals

7. Tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline to the management team

What we're looking for

1. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with proven track records of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the Sales Representatives / Customer Service industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

3. Outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers

4. Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

6. Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients.

7. Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools is preferred
