We are a growing interior renovation company specializing in residential renovation projects. We are looking for a motivated and confident Interior Designer / Sales Designer to join our team. Whether you have experience in interior design or are looking for a new career opportunity, we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for helping homeowners create their dream homes.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with homeowners to understand their renovation needs and requirements.
• Prepare design proposals, space planning concepts, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate and manage renovation projects from start to completion.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and resolve site issues when required.
• Take project photos and videos for documentation and marketing purposes.
• Assist in creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ensure projects are completed according to quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with homeowners and conducting presentations.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of renovation, interior design, or construction is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software is a plus.
• No experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates.
