Job Responsibility includes: 

Design and Sale Enquiry

• Undertake design projects from concept to completion 
• Preparation of design proposals to customers which includes research, decision and sourcing of materials and products
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Convert potential clients into actual sales 

Project Coordination & Supervision

• Project Management skill supervision of work progress
• Work together with other team members, contractors and suppliers
• Problem solving at project site

Job Requirements

• Proven to have working experience in interior design (consultations, renovation and space planning)
• Creative talent with an eye for design
• Positive working attitude, sales-driven, highly self-motivated
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
