Role Description

This is a full-time project-based, on-site role for a Sales Interior Designer. The Sales Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions to clients, managing client relationships, project management and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, and other professionals to bring the design vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to discuss design objectives, project budgets with quotation, and client's preferences
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for the project
• Selecting and specifying materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes
• Creating detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the design using software
• Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
• Ensuring the final design is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meets all safety standards and regulations
• Site supervision and project coordination
• Schedule workflow to meet customer's move-in date
• Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project work smoothly

Requirements

• Individuals with good communication skills
• Creative and have passion in Interior Design
• Self-motivated and sales target driven
• Responsible, proactive & good work attitude
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Able to visualize concepts and explains the interest in changing trends in design
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Entry level specialized in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required. Additional experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Illustrator will be considered an added bonus
• Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
