Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ASEAN sales strategy aligned with Global Business Unit and regional strategic plan. 
• Review, drive and manage effective sales channel and facilitating process with Operations, Tender, Reimbursement, Channel team, etc.
• Accountable for developing and networking with key opinion leaders and ensure that key account plans are actively pursued.
• Accountable for determining sales channels and facilitating this process with local teams.
• Implement customer segmentation strategy.
• Develop and execute on New Business initiatives.
• Maintain level of knowledge in appropriate areas including competitive and clinical information.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of medical device experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in leading a team of sales representatives.
• Proven in-direct sales channel management experience.
• Proven key account management experience and product launch
