The Job

Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars)

  • Dealing with all range and multi brand of commercial vehicles and passenger cars which include diesel & petrol engine as well as electric vehicles in regard to sales and/or rental activities
  • Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
  • Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
  • Purchase all types of pre-owned vehicles for inventory replenishment
  • Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
  • Attend to sales inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues
  • Follow-up on prompt Payment
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
  • Arrange for regular meetings with Corporate Clients
  • Develop relationships for both new and existing customers
  • Submit Report on weekly and monthly sales activities

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both in spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with strong understanding of the commercial vehicles market, pricing dynamics, and factors influencing vehicle value
  • Self-starter, positive mindset and willing to learn attitude
  • Good team player, proactive, enthusiastic and passionate
  • Resilience, Resourceful and Sale-Oriented
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
  • Good advance in career prospect

Leasing Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars)

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and preferences
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on the status of their lease applications
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adopt sales strategies accordingly
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
  • Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
  • Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
  • Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
  • Genuine passion for mobility
  • Adaptable to changes
  • Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
  • Good written and spoken English to liaise with clients
  • Ability to speak Japanese or Korean or any other language besides Mandarin and English is advantageous
