About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join the team at De Beaute, a leading provider of high-quality beauty and wellness services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized beauty, wellness & TCM solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on any necessary actions.
• Support in marketing, promotions and events to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business.
• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality services and treatments.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Preferably hold beauty certifications to enhance expertise.

• Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs
