The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and actively monitoring leads from partner communication channels, with a focus on increasing company revenue by hunting for and identifying potential clients. You will address customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements. In this role, you will assist the Head of Department with the preparation of quotations and service agreements.
Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both business customers and driver partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. A proactive approach to identifying issues, seeking improvement ideas from customers, and accurately relaying information to the Operations Team is key. You will also complete operational tasks in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines, and foster strong collaboration with the Operations Team. Other duties may be assigned as required by your supervisor.
