Sales Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster a collaborative environment
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives to increase revenue
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive sales management and team coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to expand the customer base
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives and optimize customer engagement
• Conduct sales training and performance evaluations to improve team skills and productivity
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive client relations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team (minimum 3–5 years in sales)
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and client interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage sales data and customer information
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of Class 3 driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance that supports a strong team culture
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to sales challenges and customer issues
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities to expand business connections
• Experience in the automotive industry (added advantage)
