SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, distributors and strategic business partners to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and business meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities in the logistics and international trade sectors.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with operations, shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer shipments and project requirements.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight partners and customers to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market analysis for management.
• Participate in business development initiatives, exhibitions and networking events to expand the company's market presence.
• Support management in developing long-term sales strategies and exploring new business opportunities in Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or commercial roles.
• Familiar with the China business environment and able to communicate effectively with customers and business partners in China.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of international trade processes, logistics coordination or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Able to analyse market trends and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
