Job Description - Sales Manager (3PL, Logistics) - Collaborative Environment

We are searching for a dedicated Sales Manager (3PL, Logistics) to join our diverse team at Swift Search Global Pte Ltd in West Region.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Location: Joo Koon

Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Commission

Benefits: AL, Variable Bonus, Performance Bonus, Medical Benefits

 

The Sales Manager will contribute to our achievement of customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative. The individual in this role will be tasked with maximizing the potential of our sales team, formulating sales plans, and implementing strategies to reach set targets.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Manage organizational sales through the development of comprehensive revenue and expense control plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
  • Nurture the sales team through motivation, counseling, and ongoing education on service knowledge.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships by understanding client needs and collaborating closely with them.
  • Present realistic budget forecasts to the management team for strategic planning purposes.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competitive developments

 

Minimum requirement: Diploma or Degree.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain management industry for at least 3 years.
  • Proficient in sales strategy planning and implementation.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing business deals successfully.
  • Ability to develop and analyze sales plans for profitability, with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Effective leadership, management, and motivation of sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
