Job Description - Sales Manager - APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving exceptional sales performance and providing strategic leadership in their assigned territories.

The opportunity:
As a Sales Manager at TP Aerospace (based in Singapore), you will be responsible for spearheading regional sales initiatives, meeting targets, and ensuring profitability for our COM, DIST, and PRO product lines. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and play a key role in strategic account management, new business development, USM sourcing, and fostering long-term partnerships within the airline and MRO segments.



Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•    Lead day-to-day regional sales activities in the assigned territories, ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining high margins.
•    Identify and prioritize key customers within the assigned territory and mapping out opportunities for growth.
•    Provide regular insights to the Regional Sales Director and analyse sales trends and developments.
•    Drive new business acquisition and expand TP Aerospace's customer base within the airline and MRO sectors.
•    Source relevant Used Serviceable Material (USM) from airlines and MROs to meet internal demand and support business objectives.
•    Secure new Program (PRO) sales, by building on existing customer relationships and convincing them on the value-added propositions. This involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and negotiations with customers.
•    Develop the Distribution (DIST) vertical and collaborate with stakeholders to secure long-term agreements for DIST assemblies and piece parts.
•    Ensure compliance with sales processes and procedures, while maximizing sales prices and profitability and participate in industry fairs and exhibitions to define relevant marketing strategies



We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:
•    You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation sales and hold a degree in either Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or another related field.
•    You possess advanced knowledge of the airline industry, with a strong network within airlines and MROs; prior experience in India, South Asia, and South-East Asia is advantageous.
•    You are proficient in Quantum Controls and MS Office suite, and have a solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting concepts.
•    You have strong business development capabilities, including cultivating new business, expanding the customer base, and sourcing used components from airlines; solution selling experience is advantageous.
•    You are skilled in sourcing used components from airlines, experience with solution selling is advantageous.
•    You are comfortable facing customers and engaging in high-level discussions and negotiations, and you operate with self-motivation, structure, good self-governance, and clear ethics and compliance.
•    You possess a positive, can-do mindset, are willing to share experience and knowledge, and are able to travel extensively (approximately 60 travel days per year).
