Sales Manager (Electrical/Construction Industry) - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, through regular communication and meetings.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the management team.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential market shifts and new products.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of sales processes and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. 
• With 2-4 years of Sales experience in Construction/Electrical/Mechanical Industry. 
• Customer-oriented service.
