Our Client: 
Our client is a well-established MNC focusing in safety and equipment business, servicing various industries. They are looking for a Sales Manager (Marine) handle expand client base and manage key accounts.

The Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets, secure new business opportunities, and maintain customer retention within a designated sector or client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to understand their needs and align solutions effectively.
• Prepare for and conduct customer meetings, delivering tailored presentations and addressing queries to secure customer commitment.
• Represent the company at industry events, enhancing its visibility and gathering market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems to support reporting and strategy development.
• Act as an advocate for customers in cross-functional discussions to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Uphold organizational standards and regulatory codes, maintaining compliance in all activities.
• Contribute to creating a positive workplace environment, promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and alignment with company values.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through training, coaching, and staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

The Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marine or relevant discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders 
• Proactive, hunter mindset, able to apply analytical skills to solve complex problems effectively
• Must have relevant work experience in sales or technical support in marine safety industry, maritime solutions, good connections with shipyard or shipowner will be beneficial
• Proficient in computer skills, familiar with CRM systems
