Sales Manager [Semiconductor | Up to $7k]

Responsibilities: 

• Acquiring new business and conducting negotiations with customers in the semiconductor industry.
• Developing a new key account platform to enhance sales efforts.
• Presenting the company’s products to customers.
• Creating proposals and negotiating contracts with business partners for general agreements.
• Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries or develop tailored solutions.
• Monitoring and analyzing potential customers, markets, and competitors.
• Developing sales plans and strategies.
• Coordinating special marketing activities such as trade fairs or exhibitions.
• Managing and supporting projects in alignment with customer needs.
• Overseeing the coordination of customer orders.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in probe cards or test sockets.
• Proficient in MS Office and general PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as internet usage.
• Sales-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail, structured and efficient work approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrate initiative, quickly learn new skills, and adapt with flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
