Participate in defining sales strategy and objectives to ensure alignment with overall Etihad objectives and external trends in conjunction with the General Manager. Develop, implement and manage the local sales channel strategy with guidance from the Business Development Unit in order to ensure the maximization of Etihad reach and revenue and profitability possibilities. Working with the regional business development unit, define territory/channel sales targets to ensure consistent contribution to overall Etihad results. Manage and coordinate dealing with partners to ensure achievement of agreed targets and respect of terms and conditions Develop and implement sales & marketing initiatives to ensure key revenue targets are met within budget Develop close working relationships with local and international partners to identify joint marketing activities and strategies to boost sales Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the travel trade, corporate, guests, governments, ministries, etc. as relevant to your area of responsibility. Bachelor's degree or above in Business or relevant Commercial & analytical work experience 5 years airline experience required
