Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring our sales team, driving lead generation, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting our overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in sales management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities 
Sales Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing sales team.
• Set and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
• Implement training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Lead Generation and Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue ways to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales campaigns and promotions.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Contribute to the development of the company’s sales strategy and business plan.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Teamwork and Leadership:

• Promote a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Lead by example, upholding company values and standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the office furniture industry.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
