• Salary: up to $6,000 (depending on experience)

Sales Manager (Valves, Marine equipment, West)

Our client, a distributor of valves/marine equipment and ship suppliers for maritime, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This role will involve managing both existing clients and business development.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote valves to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our valve products
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer requirements
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from end users to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Warehouse, Engineering departments, to ensure seamless coordination of activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience related to valves & similar industries in sales
• Driver's license or possess own vehicle
• Flexibility for overseas business trips (Korea, China and Europe)
• Proactive attitude to hit the target and logical way of thinking, and to develop new business and sales channel
• Decisive, driven, and able to deliver effective, innovative solutions
• A person who can act flexibly for sudden related work
• Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
