Job Description - Sales Manager - Yachting - Join a Leading Company

We are on the lookout for an adaptable Sales Manager - Yachting to join our dynamic team at Hong Seh Yachting Pte. Ltd. in Sentosa, Central Region.

Established in 2008, Hong Seh Yachting Pte Ltd is a luxury marine retailer, dealing with exquisite pleasure crafts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. As a subsidiary under the Hong Seh Group, we trace our lineage back to 1936, distributing marine and automotive materials. We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts at our esteemed yachting company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the yachting industry.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and negotiating contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, yacht brokers, and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the yachting industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime or luxury goods industry with a focus on yachts.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
  • Deep understanding of the yachting industry, including market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
