Sales & Marketing Associate East

Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $5000 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. 
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights. 
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and ad placement. 
• Researching and identifying potential leads through various sources such as databases, Linkedin, and industry directories. 
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals and to optimize lead conversion.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and other channels to generate new leads. 
• Assist with initial outreach and qualification of leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and interests. 
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status for sales team follow up.
• Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract potential customers 
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, to nurture leads through the sales funnel. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead-generation activities 
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing 
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Odoo) 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
