• Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay, ChineseGarden, Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tiong Bahru)
• Experience in analytical skills, B2B, Automotive / Industrial industry is added advantage

Our client is a Japan MNC that provides heavy machinery/vehicle for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries and preparation of quotation to dealers.
• Coordinate ordering processing with dealers.
• Order processing using company internal system.
• Work on data analysis and CRM to support dealers vs competitors.
• Manage and monitor dealer's inventory and sales forecast.
• Prepare Powerpoint slides for management presentation.
• Prepare monthly reports/ analysis for management.
• Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing
• 1- 3 years of experience
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience in DPSI, HDDP, Hi-Step, Cost Breakdown etc is added advantage
• Possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
• Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner
