- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
- Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay, ChineseGarden, Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tiong Bahru)
- Experience in analytical skills, B2B, Automotive / Industrial industry is added advantage

Our client is a Japan MNC that provides heavy machinery/vehicle for the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and preparation of quotation to dealers.
- Coordinate ordering processing with dealers.
- Order processing using company internal system.
- Work on data analysis and CRM to support dealers vs competitors.
- Manage and monitor dealer's inventory and sales forecast.
- Prepare Powerpoint slides for management presentation.
- Prepare monthly reports/ analysis for management.
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing
- 1- 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience in DPSI, HDDP, Hi-Step, Cost Breakdown etc is added advantage
- Possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
- Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner
