Roles & Responsibilities:
• Leverage and expand an existing client base, developing new relationships and maintaining current ones.
• Stay abreast of global oil/energy market movements, conducting thorough research and analysis to monitor demands and supply of bunker supply.
• Maintain a sound understanding of the International Bunker business, including ports, suppliers, owners, charterers, and regulations.
• Knowledge of the oil market and marine fuel pricing strategies. Understanding of the International Bunker business and maritime shipping industry.
• Create effective marketing materials to promote services and value propositions to both new and existing customers.
• Oversee the entire sales transaction process, including quoting, negotiating, confirming, delivery, and post-delivery service and support.
• Monitor customer utilization of company credit lines, track payment performance, and assist with collections when necessary.
• Manage any disputes or claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Adhere to companies group policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Directors and Supervisor.
Requirement:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the oil/energy or maritime shipping industry, with a proven track record of managing a client base and developing new business.
• Knowledge of the oil market and marine fuel pricing strategies.
• Understanding of the International Bunker business and maritime shipping industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of customer needs and strives to exceed their expectations.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams and builds strong internal and external relationships.
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
