We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Executive to join our team, specializing in space activation and creative thinking for businesses. This role requires an innovative thinker who can not only conceptualize captivating spatial experiences but also ensure that these activations seamlessly integrate with the operational needs and objectives of businesses.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize spaces and enhance business performance. Your primary focus will be on transforming physical spaces into dynamic environments that drive engagement, functional efficiency and revenue.
Job Requirements
● At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
● At least 1 year of relevant work experience, demonstrating a track record of success and a deep understanding of marketing principles
● 5 days work week with off days on Weekdays. Will be required to work at least one if not both weekend days
● Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities in a demanding work environment
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Experienced in organizing and creating promotional events, marketing design and content to generate digital and print advertising material
● Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
● Ability to work under pressure, take feedback constructively and meet deadlines
● Familiarity with Canva Pro and digital content development is a plus
● Good analytical skills
Job Description
- Curate and execute tactical marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest
- Managing social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content / posts, responding to comments and analyzing social media metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams such a sales and product development
- To ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Interpret and make recommendations based on campaign performance data to optimize, measure success and business objectives

- Assisting with organization and coordination of event logistics whenever required
- Keep abreast of the industry as well as company's development to generate the best campaigns for each targeted market segment
- Analyze market trends and competitors' methods
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, spatial / lease negotiations, and dispute resolution
- Assist and coordinate with leasing administrative tasks and facilities management strategies
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, snd facilities management
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform space activation strategies
- Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas for space utilization and enhancement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of space activation initiatives through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, design principles, and cultural movements to infuse fresh perspectives into space activation efforts
