JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Role (1): Direct Sales

• Identify and engage potential and existing customers to uncover sales prospects.
• Visit job sites to grasp customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product and application presentations to customers.
• Expand business through new product offerings, applications, or market segments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and track quotation progress using the company's CRM system.
• Conduct monthly sales reviews and submit performance reports.
• Monitor market share and competitor activities, taking necessary actions.
• Gather and leverage market insights for business opportunities.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as trade shows, advertisements, direct mailings, and sales seminars to enhance product branding and image.

Roles (2): Subsidiaries Sales

• Collaborate closely with Subsidiaries’ Sales Team to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Ensure Subsidiaries implement an effective sales management system to manage customer databases, track enquiries, quotes, sales, and lost opportunities.
• Monitor market share, collect market and competitive intelligence.
• Provide product and application training to Subsidiaries’ sales teams for independent sales calls, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct periodic joint visits to Subsidiaries to review business development, sales progress, and gather market insights.
• Collaborate with Subsidiaries to strategize and gain access to key customer segments for promoting T&L products and services effectively.

Roles (3): New Product Development:

• Research and conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and products.
• Establish partnerships with vendors (manufacturers) to support new product development.
• Assist management in developing business proposals to secure distributorships for new products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education requirement: GCE A level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates commitment and passion for the role.
• Proactive with strong initiative and a sense of urgency to deliver high-quality results.
• Willingness to travel, accounting for at least 10-20% of working time.
• Exhibits good presentation skills and a willingness to learn.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Honest with high integrity.
• Possesses a valid Class 3 Driving License.
