JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Role (1): Direct Sales
- Identify and engage potential and existing customers to uncover sales prospects.
- Visit job sites to grasp customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations and deliver product and application presentations to customers.
- Expand business through new product offerings, applications, or market segments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and track quotation progress using the company's CRM system.
- Conduct monthly sales reviews and submit performance reports.
- Monitor market share and competitor activities, taking necessary actions.
- Gather and leverage market insights for business opportunities.
- Execute marketing initiatives such as trade shows, advertisements, direct mailings, and sales seminars to enhance product branding and image.
Roles (2): Subsidiaries Sales
- Collaborate closely with Subsidiaries’ Sales Team to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Ensure Subsidiaries implement an effective sales management system to manage customer databases, track enquiries, quotes, sales, and lost opportunities.
- Monitor market share, collect market and competitive intelligence.
- Provide product and application training to Subsidiaries’ sales teams for independent sales calls, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct periodic joint visits to Subsidiaries to review business development, sales progress, and gather market insights.
- Collaborate with Subsidiaries to strategize and gain access to key customer segments for promoting T&L products and services effectively.
Roles (3): New Product Development:
- Research and conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and products.
- Establish partnerships with vendors (manufacturers) to support new product development.
- Assist management in developing business proposals to secure distributorships for new products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education requirement: GCE A level, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Demonstrates commitment and passion for the role.
- Proactive with strong initiative and a sense of urgency to deliver high-quality results.
- Willingness to travel, accounting for at least 10-20% of working time.
- Exhibits good presentation skills and a willingness to learn.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Honest with high integrity.
- Possesses a valid Class 3 Driving License.
