Our client is a Japan MNC that provides heavy machinery/vehicle for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to dealers' requests for price discounts and special pricing, including the preparation of related simulations and proposals.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries efficiently and prepare accurate quotations for dealers.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for management meetings and generate accurate monthly sales and operations reports.
• Support the conduct of Parts Sales & Operation training sessions for dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide necessary administrative support, including handling correspondence and ordering stationery.
• Other relevant duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
