Sales & Marketing Executive - Urgent Role

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: North East

Salary: Up to $4,000

Working Hours: 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in directing and controlling sales activities to achieve predetermined targets and long-term company objectives.
• Work closely with the team to implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to enhance sales performance.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize storage costs for products.
• Responsible for ordering of stocks and monitor inventory levels regularly for efficient inventory management
• Contribute to developing marketing plans and targets by analysing sales results.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to support the development of marketing strategies.
• Identify potential business development opportunities aligned with the company's strategic plans.
• Develop and execute advertising and promotional programs to drive business plans.
• Manage various marketing channels, including online and offline platforms.
• Enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers through effective marketing.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above, preferably related in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Analytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in using digital tools and platforms for communication, presentations, and sales tracking.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Intrinsic motivation and a proactive approach to sales activities.
• Knowledge in products will be an added advantage.
• Experience in playing a Wind, Percussion or String instrument will be an added advantage.
