JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for planning to delivery of brand activities that are in line with agreed marketing, sales, and ancillary sales strategies for Singapore.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate project timeline towards timely rollout of campaigns/machines/customer brandings/special projects.
- Any other duties assigned by Superior
- Own and drive assigned engagement deliveries.
Sales
- Meet with potential clients to determinetheir needs and work out proposal that meets their requirements to achieveagreed sales target.
- Proactively add-valuein ideation and conceptualization for ancillary business.
- Research and recommendprospects for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/ideas
- Collect and analyzeinformation and prepare data and salesreports
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Participate in team meetings
- Problem solves issues related to clients
- Day to Day management of all third-party product providers, including monitoring of revenues, customer complaints and other SLAs
Marketing
- Manage launch of new products/campaigns and ensure every stage of the launch processis seen through with efficiency, timeliness and are communicated and planned effectively withall stakeholders.
- Ensure all customer complaintsfrom various platformsare resolved.
- Track expenditure and ensure all payment processesare seen through end-to-end in timely manner.
- Develop and produce sales and marketing collaterals that are in line with the Company’s needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Strong demonstratable writing and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Experienced in project management
- Experienced in the retail industry is a bonus
