- Meet Sales and Merchandising targets set by the Company.
- Potential to grow and setup new wholesale channel partners- retailers/ dealers and departmental stores.
- Work closely with buyers/customers to negotiate on various trading/ sales terms including sales targets, brand positioning, use of IP and images, trade margins, display location, stock losses, stock returns.
- Provide excellent service and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport with Managers of retail stores/channel partners to secure order for all the products.
- Secure outlets and space at retail level. Be proactive in looking for new additional space in stores and to take charge of set up of new stores' spaces.
- Provide display solutions in retail. Responsible for maximising the in-store visibility of company's full range of products.
- Coordinate with all parties to plan, oversee and execute set up of corners, shop-in-shop, pop out stores and in-store brand spaces.
- Order taking at retail.
- Replenishments at retail. Ensure stocks are properly displayed ad well merchandised with adequate level of stocks to prevent loss sales. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring no damaged stocks.
- Provide regular feedback and weekly reports on the sales performance of our products, store and display issues and competitor's activities to supervisor.
- Ad hoc stores' requests - e.g. assist in periodic stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
- Deliver additional sales opportunities, through in-store promotions, road shows:-
- Support events, atrium, in-store roadshows, set-up and daily operations.
- Arrange with stores for special promotions, secure road show space
- Any other duties assigned.
