Job Description - Sales Operation Management

Job Summary

Drive sales efficiency and performance by optimizing workflows, managing CRM data, collaborating cross-functionally, administering sales systems, and analyzing key metrics to meet cluster targets in a hospitality sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline sales workflows including lead generation, lead qualification, and contracting to enhance sales team productivity
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate performance reports by managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Collaborate directly with revenue management to align sales strategies and optimize revenue outcomes
  • Administer data governance and implement sales intelligence software to support informed decision-making
  • Train team members on hospitality booking systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze pipeline growth, goal achievement, and win/loss rates to monitor and drive monthly and annual cluster sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or hospitality sales, preferably with team management responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with Hospitality CRM platforms and Salesforce tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights
  • Problem-solving abilities to address sales process challenges and improve outcomes
