Sales & Operations Manager (Marine Industry/ Tugs & Barge) - Urgent Role

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and executive marketing strategies to promote the company tug and barge services. 
• Conduct direct and indirect sales of the company’s own and/or third-party assets. 
• Provide assistance with the Marketing Manager in generating sales strategies based on market trends and industry insights. 
• Gather market information and provide recommendations and feedback to the Marketing Manager.
•  Oversee and manage the operations to ensure high-quality services are delivered to the clients. 
• Ensure the operational readiness of vessels and maintain relationships with clients for their satisfaction and retention. 
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and address any issues that may arise. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• With Diploma in Maritime or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marine Industry. 
• Knowledgeable with BIMCO, Maritime rules, regulations and contracts. 
• Pro-active and results-driven mindset .
