Sales Order Administrator / 5 days / Toh Guan, Jurong East - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities : 

• Generate all necessary sales document for export, such as sales quotation, tender, sales/ purchase order, packing list, delivery order and invoice.
• Verify all incoming sales order forms and ensure availability in its content before proceeding with the order.
• Ensure all sales order met the approval of the General Manager and the Finance & Accounts Department (for credit control) before processing and confirmation.
• Prepare and generate shipping documents relating to export sales.
• Monitor sales orders, suppliers and deliveries from customer/ suppliers.
• Attending to emails from overseas customers/dealers.
• Handle any in–coming  telephone calls
• Attend to other sales processing matters and coordination matters, as and when required

Requirements : 

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience 
• Proficient in MS Office - both MS Word & MS Excel
