Job Description - Sales Partner (APAC - Export)

Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.\n\nThe Role\n\nWith the incredible launch of our ad-supported model, we\u2019re expanding consumer choice and delivering a premium brand experience for advertisers. We\u2019re looking for a Sales Partner based in Singapore to shape and execute our APAC sales strategy, with a focus on Chinese export advertisers and agency partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC, with a focus on China export business \n\n * Client and Agency Development: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key agencies, resellers, and advertisers to secure partnerships and drive revenue\n\n * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.\n\n * Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix\u0027s unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations\n\n * Market Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform product/packaging innovation\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n * 7+ years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth\n\n * Experience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies, especially on brand marketing, is highly desirable\n\n * Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic is a plus.\n\n * Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the Chinese export market\n\n * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills \n\n * Strong written and spoken Mandarin language skills for business communication, and proficiency in English required for cross-functional collaboration in a regional and global setup\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Skills:\n\n * Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities\n\n * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross\u2010functionally\n\n * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high standards\n\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
