Job Summary

You will manage sales inquiries and orders through multiple channels, collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service and delivery processes, and enhance sales productivity by engaging customers and maintaining sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, and email to ensure timely customer service
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to manage service orders and deliveries efficiently
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer queries and support sales activities
• Contact customers to schedule appointments and maintain updated sales materials to improve sales effectiveness and productivity
• Organize tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales processes
• Ability to develop and lead teams to achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in computer applications to manage administrative and organizational tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills to address sales and service challenges
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills to engage customers effectively
• Capability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment
