Job Description - Sales Representative - Private Hospitals

Our Team, Your Impact

This sales position focuses primarily on developing specialist group accounts and driving growth within the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include:



  • Achieving both sales and product KPIs

  • Actively contributing to the development and execution of commercial plans

  • Building strong product advocates and expanding the customer base

  • Providing timely reporting of field performance and relevant market intelligence to the line manager

  • Arranging and participating in sales and marketing activities to support business objectives

How You’ll Spend Your Day


  • Achieve the required call frequency for priority customers in alignment with cycle targets

  • Plan efficient territory coverage using up‑to‑date sales and customer data to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the direct supervisor

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to organize medical meetings, health seminars, and other related promotional activities

  • Actively develop new accounts, maintain regular follow‑ups with existing accounts, and foster strong relationships with doctors

  • Submit periodic reports with updated market insights, including clinical feedback, competitor activities, and other relevant information

  • Use approved promotional materials (digital and print) within the territory, ensuring alignment with current commercial strategies

  • Ensure all activities comply with TEVA’s SOPs and all relevant industry and regulatory requirements in Singapore

  • Prepare effective call plans and execute activities according to agreed action plans

  • Work cross‑functionally with PhV, MSLs, and Nurses to provide effective support to targeted HCPs in accordance with TEVA’s SOPs

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Sales vs Target

  • Call Coverage; Call rate / Call Frequency (A, B)

  • % market share vs competitors (market insight)

  • Number of new customers

  • Number of patients recruitment

  • Number of activities completed & number of attendees

  • Percentage of usage on digital VeeVa Engage (when available)

  • Message delivery during field visits

Your Skills and Experience
