Sales Representative Team Lead (FMCG | Up to $3k basic + Comms + Bonus)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead sales team (e.g. Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Improve sales coverage efficiency via understanding and analysis of data.
• Maximize/Improve ROI via new initiatives/negotiations.
• Work with marketing team to ensure trade executions.
• Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitor's promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.
• Responsible for all sales/trade activities on assigned outlets.
• Execute Sales & Merchandising especially FIFO.
• Build, Maintain, and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
• To participate and assist in promotional activities/ events/ seminar when required, including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (Household goods/consumer goods/baby-care goods), preferably with experience in e-commerce channel

Previous experience in sales account management for modern trade and/or experience managing a team of sales representatives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Centre
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Possess driving license and own vehicle
