Job Description :

We are currently seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and professional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a respectful approach to selling memorial products, understanding the sensitive nature of our work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with families and individuals to understand their memorial service needs.
• Present and sell a range of memorial products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients before, during, and after the service process.
• Coordinate with funeral directors and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and clients interactions.
• Outdoor daily sales 
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in funeral or memorial industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of compassion and empathy.
• Ability to work sensitively and professionally with grieving individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.
• Need to be tech savvy
