Sales Service Engineer - ACMV/HVAC - Hiring Urgently

Responsibilities:

• Carry out project development and design tasks complying with client specifications, including equipment sizing and selection.
• Understand and identify the scopes of HVAC work tasks. 
• Conduct site assessments, measurements, and participate in pre-bid if necessary. 
• Attend the tender explanations and interviews as needed and develop project strategy, budget, and timeline.
• Work together with the relevant parties to prepare project proposals, contracts, and bidding submissions and explanations.
• Create quotes and follow up on service retrofit work.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain bids and meet needs.
• Keep track of unit costs and estimation records with all the projects. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering and/or Building field. 
• Prior working experience in HVAC/ACMV.
• Good knowledge of the different types of HVAC Systems and it’s components.
