In this role, you will be responsible for:
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research on customer demographics, preferences, and needs for each of JustCo's 22 co-working centres in Singapore.
- Analyze and compile data on product offerings, comparing them with competitors' to identify unique selling points.
Sales Support:
- Prepare compelling proposals tailored to specific customer requirements, highlighting the advantages of JustCo's co-working spaces.
- Assist in the creation of agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain inventory records for all co-working spaces, coordinating with operations teams to ensure availability and accurate information for potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on services, pricing, and availability.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Utilize data to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Training and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Pre-requisites for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in sales, market research, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
