A sales supervisor leads and supports a sales team to achieve business growth by building client relationships, enforcing company policies, and identifying market opportunities through data analysis and market research.

Responsibilities

• Provide employees with necessary tools and deliver targeted training to enhance job performance and success
• Build and maintain long-term business partnerships with key clients to drive sustained revenue growth
• Analyze reports from managers to identify performance gaps and uncover new opportunities to increase market share
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethical standards

• Monitor employee performance against goals and company policies, providing feedback and coaching as needed
