Salary :
$3,300 - 5,200 monthly
1）Develop and implement sales plans in line with the company's business objectives, monitor sales progress and achieve sales targets.
2）Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and analyse sales performance.
3）Support the planning, implementation and adjustment of sales strategies.
4）Oversee the daily operations of the sales team and ensure smooth workflow.
5）Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance to sales personnel.
6）Develop and improve sales processes, procedures and operational standards.
7）Organise sales training and support employees in adopting new work methods and processes.
