SALES SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance and profitability.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 

Support promotional events, activities, and visual merchandising updates.

Assist with inventory management, housekeeping, and other operational tasks.

Requirements:

Prior sales or customer service experience in retail or service industries; beauty/aesthetic background is an advantage

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and service mindset.

Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in the beauty industry.
