Job Description - Sales support admin

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and support customer service matters.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely sample and order delivery.

  • Prepare necessary documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.

  • Liaise with clients and production teams on lead times and delivery arrangements.

  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve order-related queries.

  • Schedule and manage delivery timelines with accuracy and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in garment or related industry.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry tasks.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
