Job Description
Benefits include: Bonus + Yearly Increment + Annual Leave
Salary will be paid base on working days.
5 / 5.5 / Alternative Sat work days per week; training will be provided.
5 Day Work week : Mon - Fri: Salary Up to $2300
5.5 Work Week: Mon - Fri + Sat Half day: Up to $2700
Alternate Sat: Up to $2500
Job Scope
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp orders
- Handle e-commerce orders
- Reply Email and ecommerce inquiries
- Simple book keeping
- Other office admin matters including customers and vendors
Requirements
- No working experience required, welcome to apply and training will be required.
- Computer literate
- Able to read mandarin words as invoice are in mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft office (including excel)
- Able to work in a team, have a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Having Marketing, book keeping or bank reconcile experience will be a bonus.
- At least N level and above.
Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm (or 7.30am - 4.30pm)
Saturday: 8am to 12.10pm
Included: 13th Bonus + annual leave
