Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders
· Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance
· Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards
· Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments
· Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement
· Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment
· Process shipping operation and courier service
· Handling of all billing and invoices
· Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
· Diploma or equivalent
· With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
· Proactive and positive working attitude
· Meticulous with good organizational skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
